About us

Systemic Rebels is Wouter Gheysen’s rebellious project, combining systemic constellations, business design and design thinking into an innovative methodology. Wouter is an industrial engineer who holds a master's degree in Commercial Sciences, with a specialisation in Human Resource Management. He worked in IT for over 20 years. Since 2015, he was mainly active as a scrum master and team coach.

 

Various training courses in systemic constellation awakened Wouter’s interest in team and business dynamics. Thanks to his broad knowledge and combination of different domains, such as marketing, human resources, agile way of working, business design, design thinking and systemic intelligence, Systemic Rebels is able to offer unique workshops and master classes that guide teams and companies towards a healthy, sustainable future.
